Shop of the Week - Week 21

Yet again I was going to take a break this week but once we got going I realized that this was a great shopping week and everyone was just so excited about it!
I got Infusion Repair Treatment for $1.99 Reg. $5.99. Fruitable juice for .98 cents, and 4 cans of shaving cream for .49 cents.
Wacky Mac was price matched for .88 cents from Macey's I used two .40 cent off coupons to get them for .48 cents each. These cost $1.42 at Walmart.
I got John Freida Root Awakening Shampoo and Conditioner at Walmart for $4.97 each!
These were $5.97 at the Layton Target and they were Regular size bottles.
I used two $3.00 manufacturer coupons and one $3.00 off of two Target Coupon.
$4.97+$4.97 = $9.94
-$3.00 -$3.00 -$3.00
Yep two bottles (30% more bonus bottles) bigger and cheaper than Target had,
for .94 cents or .47 cents each!!
Scrubbing bubbles toliet gel $3.98 at Walmart - Used a $3.00 coupon = .98 cents for the tool and 6 gels that stick on.
I got two bonus packs (3 wraps +1) of Therma care heat wraps for $5.99 each (11.98)
-$3.00 manufacturer -$3.00 manufacturer = $5.98
Received $5 RR = .98 cents for both or .49 cents for each box and 2 extra wraps!
5 Hair Elastics (Pay $2.00 and receive $2 in RRs) for each of them.
If you spent $25 in Shick, Edge, Skintimate, Banana Boat or Wet Ones you earn $10 in RRs.
I bought Banana Boat sport, with a free travel size bottle attached $7.99
3 Skintimates and 2 Edge Shaving creams $1.99
4 bottles of Wet Ones $1.99
Total came to $25.90 + 2 candy bars for filler items. (.49 cents each) = $26.88

I used two 8RR that I got from buying the Contact Solution which lowered the price to $5 out of pocket.
But $21.13- $10RR I earned = 11.13 for 11 items = $1.01 each!
I received $10 in RRs to use next week.
We also got 4 more candy bars for .49 cents and used (2) .50 cent off two candy bar coupons.

I had (2) $1.00 off one bottle coupons
2 were completely free after RRs and 2 of them I made $1.01 on each of them because of coupons.
Kevin and I each bought one on Monday and then again bought them on Wednesday.

Used a $2.00 off in add coupon (took off $2 on each) and (2) $1.00 off manufacturer coupons
= FREE
I got 3lb Osmocote Plant food for $9.97 and have a $10 rebate to send in = FREE
Lee's Market place had these for .81 cents for their anniversary deals.
These have been on sale from 89 cents to a $1.
I had 4 coupons for a $1 off two packages!
.81- .50 = .31 cents a package.
I bought 2 Turkey Franks, 2 Bun length, 2 Regular Jumbo franks for us and 2 Regular Jumbo packages for the cook out I am doing for my Activity girls.
SO EXCITED!! Freebies 2 Deals put this on their website early one morning, It took me almost 45 minutes to get through, I kept refreshing and waiting, and getting back into it.
Similac had an online code to take off the entire purchase and the shipping. This code apparently was only suppose to be used once and got spread around by several sites.
There was a glitch in the system and several customers were sent an email that they would not be receiving their product, but I was one of the lucky ones to get an email conformation, and then later an email that it had been shipped!

As you can see on the invoice $48.84 total amount $0.00!
They didn't even take credit card numbers!
I'm just waiting for the time to come to give this away to some one in need!
Winco Grocery shopping for the week.
I had their ad coupons for 1 FREE box of Hamburger helper, 1 FREE 2 liter of Shasta, 1 FREE Hunts Ketchup, 1 FREE can of Pork and Beans, and 1 FREE 1 lb chub of hamburger.
I got hamburger buns, hotdog buns, two loaves of Hy-Top bread (My favorite!) its only .78 cents.
4 lunchables that were $1.48 I had four $1.00 off coupons = .48 cents each!
I also got 5 bottles of Tabasco sauce. .98 cents at Winco and used five .75 cent off coupons.
Only .23 cents each or $1.15 total for 5 bottles!
Total spend $6.92 for all that food!! SAVED almost $15!
I went back to Walgreens, yet again...
I bought two boxes of Advil (I chose 50 ct regular Ibuprofen) for $4.99 = 9.98
I used two $2.00 off coupons I printed from Advil's website.
$9.98 -$2 -$2 = $5.98
Received $5 in RRs = .98 for both or .49 cents each!!
I did this twice!
I used my rain checks and got 6 more packages of tape for FREE!!
Bayer Aspirn chewable, orange flavor $2.99
Used the in Ad coupon for $2.00 off (took $2 off of two)
and two $1.00 off manufacturer coupons
= FREE for 2 boxes!
And then I got to bags of plastic utensils. They were Buy 1 @.99 Get 1 FREE these became my filler items because I'm tired of buying candy. I was able to use 2 RRs.
Total spent $10.77 and I received $10RR back!

And of course all are completely full and things are piling on the floor! Thats a good thing though.
Kevin said we have to wait on getting another one so I've been trying to slow down.
I have an new $50 allowance each week, so lets see what I can do with $50 dollars right?!

Shop of the Week - Week 20
Smith's Trip.
Online you could print out $1.00/2 coupons I did my two sets, Sets included: Garden, Healthy, Smart Taste, and Quick Cook pasta. You had to have 5 coupons to get 10 boxes at Smiths with their Buy 10 get $5 off deal. And yes I think I did Smith's deal 4 or 5 times? in a space of 2 or 3 weeks.
Pasta was .99 cents -.50 each = .49 cents a box.
After scanning my Smiths card cost went down to just under $10
$5.00 was taken off = .50 off each box
Cost was $5.05
Cashier scanned 5 Coupons each taking off .50 from each box.
$5.05- $5.00 = .05 TOTAL for 10 boxes!!
I told my Mother in law to print her two sets, had my friend print her two sets and my sister came up with her lap top and we printed her two sets.
I sent 10 boxes home for my Mommy, My mother in law got her 10 boxes and my friend got her 10 boxes all for .05 for each 10 boxes. Everyone was thoroughly excited!

Post Honey Bunches cereal was $1.75 at Walgreens.
I had three coupons I got on the back of boxes (free samples from shopping at Old Navy)
They had $1.25 off coupons. Thats $1.25 off ONE box coupons!!
So I paid .50 cents a box! Love Honey Bunches of Oats!
Walgreens had a promotion for free Jet Puffed Marshmallows when you buy the chocolate and the grahams, I used a coupon for free grahams = 2 FREE bags of marshmallows.
Gelatin was 5 for $1 I used these for my filler items on my Monday shop at Walgreens. I was able to use 5 different RRs and these only cost me .20 cents.
Scotch magic tape with in ad coupon Buy 1 @ $1.99 Get 2 FREE
I printed off coupons for $1.00 off one magic tape. You could use two of theses to minus out the $1.99 and so you get 3 rolls completely FREE!
I have more coupons and two rain checks to get 6 more rolls when they come back in stock!
I won't have to go out and buy tape for wrapping Christmas presents!
These were B1 @ 2.29 G1 FREE and I used (2) .75 cent off coupons.
.79 cents for both or .40 cents each!
At Rite Aid these were $2.99 Receive $2 in UP Rewards
I used two $1.50 off coupons = .51 cent money maker!
I did this in two different transactions.

I used a $1.00 off two boxes coupon
$4 -$1 = $3.00 Receive $1 UP makes them a $1 a box.
I did this once with Freezer bags and again with Storage bags (not pictured)

with the $1.00 off coupon I paid .97 cents.

Use .75 off coupon = $2.74
Received $1.50 RR = $1.24 a bottle!
These are the small bottles but twice the size ones are between $5 and $7 dollars
$2.50 for two bottles (same amount of product as a large bottle) is so much cheaper!
Even cheaper than Great Value.

-$1.00 coupon paid $2.99 and received $3.00 RR= FREE
Went back and got another one on Wednesday!

Rite Aid had ban deodorant for $1.49 and they were completely out! Priced at $2.57 at Walmart I went in to price match it and found $1.00 off coupons attached to them!!
It made them only .49 cents each! I bought 5 and then bought another with my .75 cent off coupon that I originally planned to use for .74 cents!
Dole Fruit crisps and Duncan Hines were $1.00 at Walgreens. But my Walgreens said they don't carry them, its just an National Ad. But since Walmart price matches Walgreens ad you can get them.

and got them for just .25 cents each!! 2 packages for .50 cents. I'm excited to try these!

Rite Aid had Nair products Buy 1 Get 1 FREE
The cheapest ones I found (Happened to be exactly what I wanted!)

I had a coupon printed from Nair's website $3.00 off of two Nair products.
$5.49- $3.00 = 2.49 for both or $1.25 for each!
.97 at Walmart got both for free with the 1.00 off or Free pkg coupon!
$1.97 at Walmart, used a $2.00 off coupon
.03 cent overage!
$2.98 at Walmart, I think.
I used one $1 off manufacturer and one $1.00 off Target coupon
.98 cents for a cute toothbrush for Kaylee!
Price matched these at Target and use $1.00 off coupons when you buy a twin pack.
Also used coupons for FREE double warmers.
Priced at $2.94 got both FREE
Single warmer priced at .94 cents.
I used a coupon for $1.50 off ANY warmer.
.56 cent overage!
Harmons Prestige Beef! I had a Beer rebate for $10 off a purchase of Beef. Must exceed $10.00.
I bought yummy, juicy steaks for $11.48. After Rebate I will have only paid $1.48!
Harmons had Homestyle Mac and Cheese on sale for $1.66 (2.00 at Walmart)
I had only one coupon for $1 off and was able to get this for .66 cents!
We eat these on occasion and I really wish I had multiples for this deal so I could stock up!

We use a lot of Olive Oil at our house, before my coupon adventures I made homemade pasta!

Grocery Guru shopping AGAIN!
This time shopping with the Guru I knew what I was doing. I brought a long a few of my own coupons, and I didn't pick up the extra items that were part of his shop.
This week was shopping at Smith's. Buy 10 participating items and recieve $5.00 off instantly at checkout.
He always has you pick up bread, milk, and eggs, some vegetables, things I know I can get cheaper else where or things I don't need at the moment.
I spent $23.01 on this shopping trip.
Kraft cheese was on sale for $1.67
Used 1 $1.00/1 coupon
.67 cents each!
I had one of my own to use as well!
Toll house cookie dough was $2.49 -.50 at check out = 2.00
Used (2) .75/1 coupons and got them for $1.24 each
Rozoni pasta on sale .99 cents - .50= .49 cents a box!
Kraft BBQ was $1.04 -.50 = .54
Used (2) .40/1 coupons = .14 cents each!
Sobe 1 liters! on sale for $1.69, smaller ones were priced over $2.

Okay so I ended up finding the coupons we used for this and went to Walmart later that week and price matched them. I kept two boxes and gave 4 boxes to a friend of mine.
These same sizes are $3.00 a box! I compare almost everything to Walmart because that is where I use to shop! 3.00 x 6 boxes = $18 I paid $4.98
These were on sale for $1.99 a box at Smith's -.50 each at check out = $1.49
Then used (2) $2.00/3 boxes which took an additonal .66 cents off
=.83 cents a box when you buy 6!
Extreme couponers never pay over a dollar for cereal. Keep that in mind!
I got four bags of Quaker snacks to add to my cereal for a total of 10 participating items.
Kevin didn't think we would like them because they are rice snacks. Now let me tell you, I've never personally tried rice cakes before, but Kevin has and he said these were very surprising!
Kaylee loves them! We got two caramel, and 2 cheddar. I would have price matched and got four more but Walmart didn't carry this size, and I didn't want to make a trip to Smiths.
I'm not sure what the deal was but I remember paying .54 cents a bag.
I personally asked the Guru for these coupons since they were a part of his display on tv, but he did not include them in the shop. He was running low on coupons for these and was kind enough to give me 5 coupons!

I used (5) $1.00/2 bottles coupons
Made 10 bottles for FREE!
AND Lastly, I passed on the great deal on Freschetta pizza for $3.49, because I get free Digiorno and California Pizza Kitchen from my Hubby!
I printed off a coupon before the shop for $1.00 off one Boulder bag of chips.
These were $1.49 -.50 = .99
With coupon they were FREE!!
I needed one more item to make an even ten. You MUST have 10, you can have several groups of ten, as many as you want but you have to have ten in order to get the $5.00 off.
