Introducing.....!

My new website has been launched!

I will be doing most of my blogging on my new birth blog! There will be lots of birth topics to be discussed! Of course I will still keep all of our family everyday things here :) A huge THANK YOU to my husband, who helped me decide on my final font for my logo! He rarely gives his opinion but I am so glad he did this time! We both love the "baby belly" looking "b" in the font that we chose.

I already have a couple births booked! I truly LOVE being a doula. Right now I am still feeling like I have so much to offer and not enough people to help so please refer me to your friends and family and send them my way! I would love to help them all! The biggest problem I am facing right now is that not very many people know what a doula is and what I do. Lately I have been very closely related to as being a midwife. I AM NOT a midwife, and I do not deliver babies.

A new calling... a new direction in our lives.

Just a few days ago I got a call from our bishopric, I thought for sure it had to involve Kevin. I have been teaching Relief Society for only a handful of months. Surprise surprise... I am the new Young Women's 1st counselor. Just as I was adjusting everything changed. I'm really going to miss teaching Relief Society. I have learned so many things from preparing those lessons.

Sunday, April 14th, I was officially called, and set apart. I feel like this is the start of something new. I am scared, and stressed, but so excited!

dōTERRA

We are really getting into sharing dōTERRA essential oils. They have changed our lives in so many ways! I truly know that it was a blessing from my Heavenly Father that allowed us to find them and be so open to using them. When I am having a hard time with something I always pray and use essential oils, and if I need extra help I ask Kevin to give me or the kids a blessing. Sometimes I just know that the oils are the reason things get better. Then I humble myself and remember that they too came from my Heavenly Father. 

Just this morning Kaylee told me that we should take some over to her best friend who has been sick. She told me she really wants her to have oils too! The mind of a child is so simple, here I worry about what people will think, or what they will say, and she just wants to share. I want to be more like her.
